I’ve been in pretty serious pain constantly for three weeks, didn’t sleep a bit last night because of it, and now I get to deal with two 40-something year olds who are bickering and refusing to work together.
Is it Friday yet?
Also, I wish I could just fire someone for being petty.
I invariably end up being the person my coworkers come to to vent their frustration with work projects and people, and I’m actually pretty good at giving the pep talks and advice. If only I could learn to do that without leaving the conversation more stressed than they are. :/
